All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
PO BOXES
Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

The risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and Love Renaissance is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

We offer SAME DAY DISPATCH for orders placed prior to 11 am EST. Order placed after thus time will be dispatched next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery time vary between countries. However generally deliveries occur within 1 to 2 weeks. Please note there can be the occasional transit delays which may affect the delivery time frame.
DELIVERY DUTY UNPAID
International orders are sent DDU(Delivery Duty Unpaid) and you may be liable for any customs duty and import taxes applicable on your purchase upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by the customs authority in your country and our NOT liable to be paid for by Love Renaissance. Payment of these charges with freight carriers are necessary to release your order from customs.
If import taxes and duties are not paid on arrival at the destination country and the shipment is refused by the receiver, Love Renaissance will request the fright carrier to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, the purchaser will receive a refund of the item/s less any return freight costs incurred by Love Renaissance.
