Return Policy

Eligibility: Sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement due to hygiene and safety reasons. Products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Return Window: Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date to qualify for a refund.
Purchase Location: Only products purchased on www.love-renaissance.shop may be returned for a refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, which will not be refunded.
