Face Massage – Nose Area

Next in our facial massage series is the nose area — an important zone for refining pores and reducing the appearance of blackheads. For best results, use Clear Oil to ensure smooth glide and prevent friction while deeply cleansing the pores.

Begin by using the pad of your middle finger to massage along the sides of the nostrils. Move in gentle vertical half-circle motions, working carefully around the curve of the nose.

Next, move upward along the bridge of the nose. Starting from the base, glide your fingers upward in a soft outward motion, creating a subtle “V” shape as you move toward the top of the nose. Repeat this movement three to four times.

From there, continue sliding your fingers outward toward the front of the ears. Once you reach this point, gently guide your fingers straight down along the sides of the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage. Repeat this entire sequence three times.

This technique not only supports clearer-looking pores and smoother texture, but also promotes circulation and helps release built-up congestion. With consistent care, the nose area appears more refined, balanced, and luminous.
