Face Massage – Lip & Mouth Area

Continuing from our forehead massage, today we focus on the mouth area — the key to a naturally lifted, happy smile.
Using the middle and ring fingers of both hands, begin by pressing firmly under the chin. From there, move upward to the corners of the mouth, then to the area just beneath the nose. Return to the corners of the mouth, and glide back down to the underside of the chin.
Apply steady, confident pressure as you move through this sequence, and repeat it three to four times.
The mouth area tends to hold subtle tension that can gradually pull the expression downward. By loosening and stimulating this area regularly, you help encourage a naturally lifted look and maintain beautifully defined mouth contours.
Massage with intention, and keep those corners gently lifted — so your happy smile can shine effortlessly at any moment.
