Face Massage – Forehead Care

Face Massage – Forehead Care

Continuing from our last eye massage technique, today we focus on the forehead — an area that holds more tension than we often realize.

Using the pads of your index, middle, and ring fingers on both hands, press firmly into the center of your forehead. From there, slowly glide outward toward the temples, pressing gently as you move. Work your way across the forehead in small horizontal sections, gradually moving upward or downward until you’ve covered the entire area.

When you reach the temples, soften your pressure slightly and finish with a gentle hold. Repeat this sequence three to four times.

The forehead tends to produce more oil compared to other areas of the face. By performing this massage with Clear Oil, you not only stimulate circulation and release tension, but also help loosen clogged sebum and impurities from the pores. It’s a beautiful two-in-one treatment — relaxation and purification at the same time.

With consistent care, this simple technique can help smooth the appearance of tension lines while promoting a clearer, more refreshed complexion.
