Say Goodbye to Swelling

As the warmer season arrives, we naturally show more skin—arms and legs in sleeveless tops and shorts. But no matter how beautiful your skin is, visible swelling can take away from that polished look.

Swelling (or water retention) happens when excess fluid builds up in the body. If left unaddressed, it can gradually lead to cellulite or even fat accumulation.

Common causes include:

  • Staying in the same position for long periods
  • Excessive salt or alcohol intake
  • Lack of sleep
  • Poor circulation or sensitivity to cold
