Say Goodbye to Swelling

As the seasons change and we begin to show more skin, arms and legs naturally come into focus. Even the most beautiful skin can lose its appeal if it appears swollen or puffy.

Swelling—often referred to as water retention—occurs when excess fluid builds up in the body. When left unaddressed, it can gradually contribute to the formation of cellulite and unwanted fat.

Common causes include staying in the same position for long periods, excessive intake of salt or alcohol, lack of sleep, and poor circulation due to feeling cold.
