Face Massage – Cheek Lift (Part 3)

This is the final step in our cheek lift massage series. This technique helps tighten the cheeks and smooth the appearance of smile lines for a more sculpted, youthful look.

Using the pads of four fingers (excluding the thumb), gently press the area of the cheeks just beneath the eyes. While maintaining gentle pressure, slowly glide your fingers outward toward the sides of the ears.

From there, continue moving your hands downward along the sides of the neck until you reach the collarbone. This motion helps encourage lymphatic drainage and supports healthy circulation.

Repeat this sequence three times.
