Face Massage – Cheek Lift (Part 2)

Welcome back to the second technique in our cheek massage series! This method helps lift the cheeks and encourage healthy circulation, leaving your complexion looking firmer and more refreshed.

Start by supporting your chin with one hand. Place the other hand along the side of your jawline. From there, gently gather the cheek upward on a diagonal path toward the inner corner of the eye. Imagine softly lifting the cheek muscles as you move.

When you reach the area near the inner corner of the eye, apply gentle pressure and hold for about three seconds.

Next, release the pressure and glide your hand outward toward the temple. From the temple, guide your fingers down along the front of the ear and continue down the side of the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage.

Repeat this sequence three times on each side.

This technique helps lift and sculpt the cheeks while promoting circulation and relieving tension. With consistent practice, your face can appear more defined, vibrant, and naturally youthful.
