Face Massage – Cheek Lift (Part 1)

Face Massage – Cheek Lift (Part 1)

In this step of our facial massage series, we focus on the cheeks—an area where lifting and sculpting can make a noticeable difference in the overall expression of the face.

Using the pads of your fingers (all except the thumbs), place them at the center of the chin. From there, gently glide upward along the sides of the mouth and continue lifting toward the temples, as if you are softly elevating the cheek area.

Next, move your fingers from the sides of the nose toward the inner corners of the eyes. Once you reach this point, apply gentle upward pressure and hold for about three seconds.

Release the pressure, then smoothly slide your hands outward toward the temples. From the temples, guide your fingers down along the front of the ears and continue down the sides of the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage.

Repeat this entire sequence at least three times.

Be sure to use the full pads of your fingers and imagine lifting the skin upward as you move. This technique helps support cheek firmness while reducing the appearance of sagging and smile lines, leaving your face looking naturally lifted and refreshed.
